Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom Orders: Customized items, including team uniforms, may take an additional 3-4 weeks due to the personalization involved.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please allow 10-15 business days for international deliveries.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on the shipping method chosen and the delivery destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
5. Shipping Restrictions
PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Military Addresses: We do ship to APO/FPO addresses; however, delivery times may vary.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Goal Factory is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Damages and Issues
The Goal Factory is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
