The Goal Factory Return Policy

At The Goal Factory, we take pride in delivering high-quality sports gear and apparel. If you Are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on all non-custom items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

- Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom uniforms and gear, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized products unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email tgfteam@thegoalfactoryllc.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Ship It Back: Once approved, ship the item(s) to the address provided in our response.

3. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we are going to make it right.
